Romans 10:16-21
New American Standard Bible
16 However, they (A)did not all heed the [a]good news; for Isaiah says, “(B)Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So faith comes from (C)hearing, and hearing by (D)the word [b]of Christ.
18 But I say, surely they have never heard, have they? On the contrary:
19 But I say, surely Israel did not know, did they? First Moses says,
“(F)I will (G)make you jealous with those who are not a nation,
With a foolish nation I will anger you.”
20 And Isaiah is very bold and says,
“(H)I was found by those who did not seek Me,
I revealed Myself to those who did not ask for Me.”
21 But as for Israel, He says, “(I)I have spread out My hands all day long to a disobedient and obstinate people.”

Romans 10:16-21
New International Version
16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news.(A) For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”[a](B) 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message,(C) and the message is heard through the word about Christ.(D) 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did:
19 Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says,
“I will make you envious(F) by those who are not a nation;
I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding.”[c](G)
20 And Isaiah boldly says,
“I was found by those who did not seek me;
I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me.”[d](H)
21 But concerning Israel he says,
