17 For in it (A)the righteousness of God is revealed (B)from faith for faith,[a] (C)as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”[b]

18 For (D)the wrath of God (E)is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. 19 For what can be (F)known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.

God’s Wrath Against Sinful Humanity
18 The wrath of God(D) is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.(E)
