Romans 5:17-6:2
Legacy Standard Bible
17 For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned (A)through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will (B)reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
18 So then as through (C)one transgression [a]there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one (D)act of righteousness [b]there resulted (E)justification of life to all men. 19 For as through the one man’s disobedience (F)the many (G)were appointed sinners, even so through (H)the obedience of the One (I)the many will be appointed righteous. 20 Now [c](J)the Law came in so that the transgression would increase, but where sin increased, (K)grace abounded all the more, 21 so that, as (L)sin reigned in death, even so (M)grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Dead to Sin, Alive to God
6 (N)What shall we say then? Are we to (O)continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2 (P)May it never be! How shall we who (Q)died to sin still live in it?
