^9 [a](A)Love must be free of hypocrisy. ^(B)Detest what is evil; cling to what is good. ¹⁰ Be ^(C)devoted to one another in brotherly love; ^[b]give preference to one another ^(D)in honor, ¹¹ not lagging behind in diligence, ^(E)fervent in spirit, ^(F)serving the Lord; ^12 (G)rejoicing in hope, ^(H)persevering in tribulation, ^(I)devoted to prayer,

God-pleasing Sacrifices

^15 (A)Through Him then, let’s continually offer up a ^(B)sacrifice of praise to God, that is, ^(C)the fruit of lips praising His name. ¹⁶ And do not neglect doing good and ^(D)sharing, for ^(E)with such sacrifices God is pleased.
