²² But now that you ^(A)have been set free from sin and ^(B)have become slaves of God, ^(C)the fruit you get leads to sanctification and ^(D)its end, eternal life.

^16 (A)Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but ^(B)living as servants^[a] of God.

¹⁸ and, ^(A)having been set free from sin, ^(B)have become slaves of righteousness.

³² and you will ^(A)know the truth, and the truth ^(B)will set you free.”

²² For he who was called in the Lord as a bondservant is ^(A)a freedman of the Lord. Likewise he who was free when called is ^(B)a bondservant of Christ.

² For the law of ^(A)the Spirit of life ^(B)has set you^[a] free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death.

¹³ Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, “Who are these, ^(A)clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?”
