³⁰ since God is one, and he will justify the circumcised on the ground of faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.^(A)

⁸ And the scripture, foreseeing that God would reckon as righteous the gentiles by faith, declared the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the gentiles shall be blessed in you.”^(A)

²⁰ Now a mediator involves more than one party, but God is one.^(A)

³ For it is we who are the circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God^[a] and boast in Christ Jesus and have no confidence in the flesh^(A)—

¹⁰ and you have come to fullness in him, who is the head of every ruler and authority.^{(A) 11} In him also you were circumcised with a spiritual circumcision,^[a] by the removal of the body^[b] of the flesh in the circumcision of Christ;^(B)

¹⁵ For^[a] neither circumcision nor uncircumcision is anything, but a new creation is everything!^(A)

⁶ For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that counts is faith working^[a] through love.^(A)

¹⁴ But when I saw that they were not acting consistently with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas before them all, “If you, though a Jew, live like a gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the gentiles to live like Jews?”^[a](A)

Jews and Gentiles Are Saved by Faith

¹⁵ We ourselves are Jews by birth and not gentile sinners, ¹⁶ yet we know that a person is justified^[b] not by the works of the law but through the faith of Jesus Christ.^[c] And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by the faith of Christ^[d] and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.^(B)

²⁸ There is no longer Jew or Greek; there is no longer slave or free; there is no longer male and female, for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.^(A)

¹² For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all and is generous to all who call on him.^{(A) 13} For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”^(B)
