^5 (A)One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.

¹⁶ So let no one ^(A)judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a ^[a]festival or a new moon or sabbaths, ^17 (B)which are a shadow of things to come, but the ^[b]substance is of Christ.

¹⁹ And by this we ^[a]know ^(A)that we are of the truth, and shall ^[b]assure our hearts before Him. ^20 (B)For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. ²¹ Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, ^(C)we have confidence toward God.

²³ But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for ^(A)whatever is not from faith is ^[a]sin.

⁹ But now ^(A)after you have known God, or rather are known by God, ^(B)how is it that you turn again to ^(C)the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? ^10 (D)You observe days and months and seasons and years.

¹¹ And ^(A)because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

⁷ However, there is not in everyone that knowledge; for some, ^(A)with consciousness of the idol, until now eat it as a thing offered to an idol; and their conscience, being weak, is ^(B)defiled.

¹⁴ I know and am convinced by the Lord Jesus ^(A)that there is nothing unclean of itself; but to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
