³⁶ For everything comes from him and exists by his power and is intended for his glory. All glory to him forever! Amen.

Christ Is Supreme

¹⁰ God, for whom and through whom everything was made, chose to bring many children into glory. And it was only right that he should make Jesus, through his suffering, a perfect leader, fit to bring them into their salvation.

¹⁷ All honor and glory to God forever and ever! He is the eternal King, the unseen one who never dies; he alone is God. Amen.

²⁷ All glory to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, forever. Amen.^[a]

²⁸ For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your^[a] own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’

²⁵ All glory to him who alone is God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord. All glory, majesty, power, and authority are his before all time, and in the present, and beyond all time! Amen.

⁶ And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega—the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.

²⁵ and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need. ²⁶ From one man^[a] he created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and he determined their boundaries.
