¹⁵ For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, what will their acceptance be ^(A)but life from the dead?

¹⁰ For ^(A)if when we were enemies ^(B)we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved ^(C)by His life. ¹¹ And not only that, but we also ^(D)rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

^24 (A)for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.

²⁰ and ^(A)by Him to reconcile ^(B)all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, ^(C)having made peace through the blood of His cross.

²¹ And you, ^(D)who once were alienated and enemies in your mind ^(E)by wicked works, yet now He has ^(F)reconciled

¹⁰ that in the dispensation of ^(A)the fullness of the times ^(B)He might gather together in one ^(C)all things in Christ, ^[a]both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.

¹⁸ Now all things are of God, ^(A)who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, ¹⁹ that is, that ^(B)God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not ^[a]imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

²⁰ Now then, we are ^(C)ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.

Israel’s Rejection Not Final

¹¹ I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But ^(A)through their ^[a]fall, to provoke them to ^(B)jealousy, salvation has come to the Gentiles. ¹² Now if their ^[b]fall is riches for the world, and their failure riches for the Gentiles, how much more their fullness!

³² It was right that we should make merry and be glad, ^(A)for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’ ”

The Witnesses Resurrected

^11 (A)Now after the three-and-a-half days ^(B)the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them.
