²⁵ whom God set forth ^(A)as a ^[a]propitiation ^(B)by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over ^(C)the sins that were previously committed,

² And ^(A)He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but ^(B)also for the whole world.

¹⁰ In this is love, ^(A)not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son ^(B)to be the propitiation for our sins.
