22 看哪，巴拉追趕西西拉，雅億出來迎接他，對他說：「來，我給你看你要找的人。」他就進入帳棚，看哪，西西拉已經倒在地上死了，橛子還在他的太陽穴中。
23 那日， 神在以色列人面前制伏了迦南王耶賓。 24 從此，以色列人的手對迦南王耶賓越來越強硬，直到將迦南王耶賓剪除。

22 Just then Barak came by in pursuit of Sisera, and Jael(A) went out to meet him. “Come,” she said, “I will show you the man you’re looking for.” So he went in with her, and there lay Sisera with the tent peg through his temple—dead.(B)
23 On that day God subdued(C) Jabin(D) king of Canaan before the Israelites. 24 And the hand of the Israelites pressed harder and harder against Jabin king of Canaan until they destroyed him.(E)
