The Sealed of Israel
7 After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, (A)holding the four winds of the earth, (B)that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 3 saying, (C)“Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God (D)on their foreheads.” 4 (E)And I heard the number of those who were sealed. (F)One hundred and forty-four thousand (G)of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed:
5 of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand were [a]sealed;
of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand were sealed;
6 of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand were sealed;
7 of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand were sealed;
8 of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand were sealed;
of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.
A Multitude from the Great Tribulation
9 After these things I looked, and behold, (H)a great multitude which no one could number, (I)of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, (J)clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, (K)“Salvation belongs to our God (L)who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 11 (M)All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and (N)worshiped God, 12 (O)saying:
“Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,
Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,
Be to our God forever and ever.
Amen.”
13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “Who are these arrayed in (P)white robes, and where did they come from?”
14 And I said to him, [b]“Sir, you know.”
So he said to me, (Q)“These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and (R)washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will (S)dwell among them. 16 (T)They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; (U)the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; 17 for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne (V)will shepherd them and lead them to [c]living fountains of waters. (W)And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

7 Pas këtyre gjërave, pashë katër engjëj të cilët rrinin në këmbë në të katër këndet e dheut dhe mbanin të katër erërat e dheut, që të mos frynte erë mbi dhe, as mbi det, as mbi ndonjë dru.
2 Pastaj pashë një engjëll tjetër që ngjitej nga lind dielli e që kishte vulën e Perëndisë së gjallë; dhe u thirri me zë të madh të katër engjëjve, të cilëve u qe dhënë të dëmtojnë dheun dhe detin,
3 duke thënë: “Mos dëmtoni dheun, as detin, as pemët, deri sa t’i vulosim në ballë shërbëtorët e Perëndisë tonë.”
4 Dhe dëgjova numrin e atyre që u vulosën: njëqind e dyzet e katër mijë të vulosur nga të gjitha fiset e bijve të Izraelit.

8 nga fisi i Zabulonit, dymbëdhjetë mijë të vulosur; nga fisi i Jozefit, dymbëdhjetë mijë të vulosur; nga fisi i Beniaminit, dymbëdhjetë mijë të vulosur.
9 Pas këtyre gjërave, pashë një turmë të madhe, të cilën askush nuk mund ta numëronte, prej të gjitha kombeve, fiseve, popujve dhe gjuhëve; këta qëndronin në këmbë përpara fronit dhe përpara Qengjit, të veshur me rroba të bardha dhe me palma në duart e tyre.
10 Dhe thërrisnin me zë të madh, duke thënë: “Shpëtimi është i Perëndisë tonë që është ulur mbi fron dhe i Qengjit.”
11 Dhe të gjithë engjëjt rrinin në këmbë përqark fronit, dhe pleqve dhe katër qenieve e gjalla, dhe ranë përmbys mbi fytyrën e tyre përpara fronit dhe adhuruan Perëndinë,
12 duke thënë: “Amen! Bekimi, dhe lavdia, dhe dituria, dhe falendërimi, dhe nderimi, dhe fuqia dhe forca janë te Perëndia ynë në shekuj të shekujve. Amen!.”
13 Pastaj një nga pleqtë m’u drejtua, duke më thënë: “Cilët janë këta që janë veshur me rroba të bardha, dhe nga kanë ardhur?.”
14 Dhe unë i thashë: “Imzot, ti e di.” Atëherë ai më tha: “Këta janë ata që kanë ardhur nga shtrëngimi i madh, dhe i kanë larë rrobat e tyre dhe i kanë zbardhur në gjakun e Qengjit.
15 Prandaj edhe janë përpara fronit të Perëndisë dhe i shërbenin atij ditë e natë në tempullin e tij; dhe ai që rri ulur mbi fron do të banojë në mes tyre.
16 Ata nuk do të kenë më uri, as nuk do të kenë etje, as nuk do t’i godasë më dielli, as kurrfarë vape,

Сто сорок четыре тысячи человек, отмеченных печатью Божьей
7 Потом я увидел четырех ангелов: они стояли на четырех углах земли и удерживали четыре ветра земли, чтобы те не дули ни на землю, ни на море, ни на какое дерево. 2 Я увидел еще одного ангела: он поднимался с востока и держал печать живого Бога. Он громко крикнул четырем ангелам, которым было дано право причинять вред земле и морю:
3 – Не причиняйте вреда ни земле, ни морю, ни деревьям, пока мы не отметим слуг нашего Бога, поставив печать им на лоб[a].
4 Я услышал число отмеченных печатью. Было отмечено 144 000 человек, и это были люди из всех родов Израиля:
5 из рода Иуды были отмечены печатью 12 000,
из рода Рувима – 12 000,
из рода Гада – 12 000,
6 из рода Асира – 12 000,
из рода Неффалима – 12 000,
из рода Манассии – 12 000,
7 из рода Симеона – 12 000,
из рода Левия – 12 000,
из рода Иссахара – 12 000,

9 Потом я увидел огромное, неисчислимое множество народа. Там были люди из каждого рода, каждого племени, каждого народа и каждого языка. Они стояли перед троном и перед Ягненком. На них были белые одежды, и в руках они держали пальмовые ветви[b]. 10 Они громко восклицали:
– Спасение у Бога нашего,
сидящего на троне,
и у Ягненка!
11 Все ангелы стояли вокруг трона, старцев и четырех живых существ. Они пали перед троном на свои лица и поклонились Богу. 12 Они говорили:
Аминь!
Хвала и слава,
мудрость и благодарность,
честь, власть и сила
у нашего Бога вовеки!
Аминь.
13 Затем один из старцев спросил меня:
– Кто эти люди, одетые в белые одежды? Откуда они пришли?
14 Я ответил:
– Ты знаешь, господин мой.
Он тогда сказал:
– Это те, кто пришел от великой скорби. Они омыли свою одежду и отбелили ее в крови Ягненка.
15 Поэтому они стоят перед троном Бога
и служат день и ночь в Его храме,
и Сидящий на троне раскинет над ними Свой шатер.
16 Они больше не будут голодать
и томиться от жажды,
их больше не будет палить солнце
и никакая жара.
17 Ягненок, находящийся посреди трона, будет пасти их
и поведет их к источникам живой воды,
и Сам Бог сотрет всякую слезу с их глаз[c].

7 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners(A) of the earth, holding back the four winds(B) of the earth to prevent(C) any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal(D) of the living God.(E) He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:(F) 3 “Do not harm(G) the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads(H) of the servants of our God.” 4 Then I heard the number(I) of those who were sealed: 144,000(J) from all the tribes of Israel.
5 From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed,
from the tribe of Reuben 12,000,
from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6 from the tribe of Asher 12,000,
from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000,
from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7 from the tribe of Simeon 12,000,
from the tribe of Levi 12,000,
from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8 from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000,
from the tribe of Joseph 12,000,
from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
The Great Multitude in White Robes
9 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language,(K) standing before the throne(L) and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes(M) and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice:
11 All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders(P) and the four living creatures.(Q) They fell down on their faces(R) before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying:
“Amen!
Praise and glory
and wisdom and thanks and honor
and power and strength
be to our God for ever and ever.
Amen!”(S)
13 Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes(T)—who are they, and where did they come from?”
14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”
And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes(U) and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.(V) 15 Therefore,
“they are before the throne of God(W)
and serve him(X) day and night in his temple;(Y)
and he who sits on the throne(Z)
will shelter them with his presence.(AA)
16 ‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.(AB)
The sun will not beat down on them,’[a]
nor any scorching heat.(AC)
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;(AD)
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’[b](AE)
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’[c]”(AF)
