² Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal^(A) of the living God.^(B) He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:^{(C) 3} “Do not harm^(D) the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads^(E) of the servants of our God.”

⁴ They were told not to harm^(A) the grass of the earth or any plant or tree,^(B) but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.^(C)

¹⁶ On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:^(A)

¹⁷ And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds^(C) flying in midair,^(D) “Come,^(E) gather together for the great supper of God,^(F)
