7 And when He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the (A)fourth living creature saying, “Come.” 8 Then I looked, and behold, a (B)pale horse; and he who sits on it had the name (C)Death, and (D)Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, (E)to kill with sword and with famine and with [a]pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following after him.(A) They were[b] given authority(B) over a fourth of the earth, to kill by the sword, by famine, by plague, and by the wild animals of the earth.(C)
