14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.
15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.
16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

15 So thou also hast those who hold the doctrine of Nicolaitanes in like manner.
16 Repent therefore: but if not, I come to thee quickly, and I will make war with them with the sword of my mouth.

14 Pero tengo algunas quejas contra ti: y es que toleras ahí a los que siguen las enseñanzas de Balaán, el que aconsejó a Balac que indujese a los israelitas a comer de lo ofrecido a los ídolos y a entregarse a la lujuria. 15 Igualmente, toleras a quienes se aferran a las enseñanzas de los nicolaítas. 16 Cambia, pues, de conducta, porque, si no, iré pronto a ti y entraré en combate contra esos con la espada que sale de mi boca.
