¹⁹ The great city^(A) split into three parts, and the cities of the nations collapsed. God remembered^(B) Babylon the Great^(C) and gave her the cup filled with the wine of the fury of his wrath.^(D)

¹⁰ they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury,^(A) which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath.^(B) They will be tormented with burning sulfur^(C) in the presence of the holy angels and of the Lamb.

²⁴ “Before your eyes I will repay^(A) Babylon^(B) and all who live in Babylonia^[a] for all the wrong they have done in Zion,” declares the Lord.
