Revelation 16:4-9
King James Version

4 And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.

6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

New International Version

4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water,(A) and they became blood.(B) 5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:

“You are just in these judgments,(C) O Holy One,(D)
    you who are and who were;(E)
6 for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,(F)
    and you have given them blood to drink(G) as they deserve.”

7 And I heard the altar(H) respond:

“Yes, Lord God Almighty,(I)
    true and just are your judgments.”(J)

8 The fourth angel(K) poured out his bowl on the sun,(L) and the sun was allowed to scorch people with fire.(M) 9 They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God,(N) who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent(O) and glorify him.(P)

You are just,
the Holy One,(B) who is and who was,(C)
because you have passed judgment on these things.
6 Because they poured out
the blood of the saints and the prophets,(D)
you have given them blood to drink;
they deserve it!(E)

7 I heard the altar say,

Yes, Lord God, the Almighty,
true and just are your judgments.(F)

The Fourth Bowl

8 The fourth[b] poured out his bowl on the sun. It was allowed to scorch people with fire, 9 and people were scorched by the intense heat. So they blasphemed the name of God,(G) who has the power[c] over these plagues, and they did not repent and give him glory.(H)
