5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire flashes from their mouths and consumes their enemies. This is how anyone who tries to harm them must die. 6 They have power to shut the sky so that no rain will fall for as long as they prophesy. And they have the power to turn the rivers and oceans into blood, and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they wish.
7 When they complete their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the bottomless pit[a] will declare war against them, and he will conquer them and kill them.

5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies.(A) This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.(B) 6 They have power to shut up the heavens(C) so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying;(D) and they have power to turn the waters into blood(E) and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
7 Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast(F) that comes up from the Abyss(G) will attack them,(H) and overpower and kill them.

6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
