¹⁶ In His right hand He held ^(A)seven stars, and out of His mouth came a ^(B)sharp two-edged sword; and His ^(C)face was like ^(D)the sun ^[a]shining in its strength.

Message to Pergamum

¹² “And to the angel of the church in ^(A)Pergamum write:

The One who has ^(B)the sharp two-edged sword says this:

¹⁶ Therefore ^(A)repent; or else ^(B)I am coming to you quickly, and I will wage war against them with ^(C)the sword of My mouth.

^15 (A)From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that ^(B)with it He may strike down the nations, and He will ^[a](C)rule them with a rod of iron; and ^(D)He treads the ^[b]wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.
