¹² Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And after turning I saw ^(A)seven golden lampstands; ¹³ and ^(B)in the middle of the lampstands I saw one ^(C)like ^[a]a son of man, ^(D)clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and ^(E)wrapped around the chest with a golden sash. ¹⁴ His head and His ^(F)hair were white like white wool, like snow; and ^(G)His eyes were like a flame of fire. ¹⁵ His ^(H)feet were like ^[b]burnished bronze when it has been heated to a glow in a furnace, and His ^(I)voice was like the sound of many waters. ¹⁶ In His right hand He held ^(J)seven stars, and out of His mouth came a ^(K)sharp two-edged sword; and His ^(L)face was like ^(M)the sun ^[c]shining in its strength.

⁸ While I was thinking about the horns, behold, ^(A)another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the previous horns were plucked out before it; and behold, ^[a]this horn possessed eyes like human eyes, and ^(B)a mouth uttering great boasts.

The Ancient of Days Reigns

¹¹ Then I kept looking because of the sound of the ^[d]boastful words which the horn was speaking; I kept looking until the beast was killed, and its body was destroyed and given to the ^(L)burning ^[e]fire. ¹² As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but an extension of life was granted to them for an appointed period of time.

The Son of Man Presented

⁵ I raised my eyes and looked, and behold, there was a man ^(A)dressed in linen, whose waist ^(B)had a belt of pure ^(C)gold of Uphaz. ⁶ His body also was like topaz, his face ^[a]had the appearance of lightning, ^(D)his eyes were like flaming torches, his arms and feet like the gleam of polished bronze, and the sound of his words like the sound of a multitude.
