5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6 (A)Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such (B)the second death has no power, but they will be (C)priests of God and of Christ, and they (D)will reign with him for a thousand years.

7 And when the thousand years are ended, (E)Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will come out (F)to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, (G)Gog and Magog, (H)to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea.

5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.(A) 6 Blessed(B) and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death(C) has no power over them, but they will be priests(D) of God and of Christ and will reign with him(E) for a thousand years.

7 When the thousand years are over,(F) Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations(G) in the four corners of the earth(H)—Gog and Magog(I)—and to gather them for battle.(J) In number they are like the sand on the seashore.(K)
