Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, (A)or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent. But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.(A) Consider how far you have fallen! Repent(B) and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand(C) from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans,(D) which I also hate.
