3 I know you are patiently enduring and holding firm on behalf of My name. You have not become faint.
4 “However, I have this against you: you have abandoned your first love. 5 Do you remember what it was like before you fell? It’s time to rethink and change your ways;[a] go back to how you first acted. However, if you do not return,[b] I will come quickly[c] and personally remove your lampstand from its place.

3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name,(A) and have not grown weary.
4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.(B) 5 Consider how far you have fallen! Repent(C) and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand(D) from its place.
