4 And the third poured-out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of waters— and it[a] became blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, “You are righteous[b], the One Who is and Who was[c], the holy One, because You judged these things. 6 Because they shed the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink. They are worthy[d] of it ”. 7 And I heard a voice from the altar saying, “Yes, Lord God Almighty, Your judgments are true and righteous”.

4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water,(A) and they became blood.(B) 5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:
“You are just in these judgments,(C) O Holy One,(D)
you who are and who were;(E)
6 for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,(F)
and you have given them blood to drink(G) as they deserve.”
7 And I heard the altar(H) respond:
