Revelation 16:10-12

¹⁰Then the fifth [angel] emptied his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was [plunged] in darkness; and people gnawed their tongues for the torment [of their excruciating distress and severe pain]^(A)

¹¹And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their anguish and their ulcers (sores), and they did not deplore their wicked deeds or repent [for what they had done].

¹²Then the sixth [angel] emptied his bowl on the mighty river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to make ready a road for [the coming of] the kings of the east (from the rising sun).^(B)

¹⁰The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast,^(A) and its kingdom was plunged into darkness.^(B) People gnawed their tongues in agony ¹¹and cursed^(C) the God of heaven^(D) because of their pains and their sores,^(E) but they refused to repent of what they had done.^(F)

¹²The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates,^(G) and its water was dried up to prepare the way^(H) for the kings from the East.^(I)

¹⁰And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

¹¹And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

¹²And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
