Sixth Trumpet: The Angels from the Euphrates

¹³ Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the ^(A)golden altar which is before God,

³ Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that he should offer it with ^(A)the prayers of all the saints upon ^(B)the golden altar which was before the throne. ⁴ And ^(C)the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand. ⁵ Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And ^(D)there were noises, thunderings, ^(E)lightnings, ^(F)and an earthquake.

² A cubit shall be its length and a cubit its width—it shall be square—and two cubits shall be its height. Its horns shall be of one piece with it. ³ And you shall overlay its top, its sides all around, and its horns with pure gold; and you shall make for it a ^[a]molding of gold all around.

Fifth Trumpet: The Locusts from the Bottomless Pit

9 Then the fifth angel sounded: ^(A)And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to ^(B)the ^[a]bottomless pit.

²¹ and having a High Priest over the house of God,

²⁴ For ^(A)Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are ^[a]copies of ^(B)the true, but into heaven itself, now ^(C)to appear in the presence of God for us;
