⁸ The four living creatures, each having ^(A)six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying:

² Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, ^(A)with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ³ And one cried to another and said:

⁴ And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke.

⁵ So I said:

⁶ Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from ^(E)the altar. ⁷ And he ^(F)touched my mouth with it, and said:

⁸ Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:

Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

⁹ And He said, “Go, and ^(H)tell this people:

¹¹ Then I said, “Lord, how long?”

And He answered:

^8 (A)“I am the Alpha and the Omega, ^[a]the Beginning and the End,” says the ^[b]Lord, ^(B)“who is and who was and who is to come, the ^(C)Almighty.”

⁸ Jesus Christ is ^(A)the same yesterday, today, and forever.

⁶ Before the throne there ^[a]was ^(A)a sea of glass, like crystal. ^(B)And in the midst of the throne, and around the throne, were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back.

^21 (A)Each one had four faces and each one four wings, and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings. ²² And ^(B)the likeness of their faces was the same as the faces which I had seen by the River Chebar, their appearance and their persons. ^(C)They each went straight forward.

³ They sing ^(A)the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the ^(B)Lamb, saying:

⁷ And I heard ^[a]another from the altar saying, “Even so, ^(A)Lord God Almighty, ^(B)true and righteous are Your judgments.”
