²⁰ The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.”

⁷ “See, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”^(A)

²⁸ so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.^(A)

¹² “See, I am coming soon; my reward is with me, to repay according to everyone’s work.^(A)

⁸ From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.^(A)

²² Let anyone be accursed who has no love for the Lord. Our Lord, come!^[a](A)

¹⁰ And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near.

² who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he saw.^(A)

¹⁸ I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book;^(A)
