⁹ And ^(A)the kings of the earth, who committed sexual immorality and lived in luxury with her, ^(B)will weep and wail over her ^(C)when they see the smoke of her burning.

³ Once more they cried out,

^2 (A)with whom the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality, and ^(B)with the wine of whose sexual immorality ^(C)the dwellers on earth have become drunk.”

¹⁸ and ^(A)cried out ^(B)as they saw the smoke of her burning,

¹¹ And ^(A)the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and ^(B)they have no rest, day or night, these ^(C)worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

¹⁶ Then all ^(A)the princes of the sea will step down from their thrones and ^(B)remove their robes and strip off their embroidered garments. They will clothe themselves with trembling; ^(C)they will sit on the ground and ^(D)tremble every moment and ^(E)be appalled at you. ¹⁷ And they will ^(F)raise a lamentation over you and say to you,
