²¹ and huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds,^[a] dropped from heaven on people, until they cursed God for the plague of the hail, so fearful was that plague.^(A)

¹⁹ Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple, and there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and heavy hail.^(A)

⁹ they were scorched by the fierce heat, but they cursed the name of God, who had authority over these plagues, and they did not repent and give him glory.^(A)

¹¹ and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and sores, and they did not repent of their deeds.

⁷ The first angel blew his trumpet, and there came hail and fire, mixed with blood, and they were hurled to the earth, and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.^(A)

¹¹ As they fled before Israel, while they were going down the slope of Beth-horon, the Lord threw down huge stones from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died; there were more who died because of the hailstones than the Israelites killed with the sword.^(A)

²¹ I will summon the sword against Gog^[a] in^[b] all my mountains, says the Lord God; the swords of all will be against their comrades.^{(A) 22} With pestilence and bloodshed I will enter into judgment with him, and I will pour down torrential rains and hailstones, fire and sulfur upon him and his troops and the many peoples who are with him.^(B)

¹³ Therefore thus says the Lord God: In my wrath I will make a stormy wind break out, and in my anger there shall be a deluge of rain and hailstones in wrath to destroy it.

¹¹ Say to those who smear whitewash on it that it shall fall. There will be a deluge of rain,^[a] great hailstones will fall, and a stormy wind will break out.^(A)

²¹ They will pass through the land,^[a] greatly distressed and hungry; when they are hungry, they will be enraged and will curse^[b] their king and their gods. They will turn their faces upward,^(A)
