⁹ For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation^(A) will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.^(B)

¹¹ Then I was told, “You must prophesy^(A) again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.”^(B)

¹⁵ Then the angel said to me, “The waters^(A) you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages.^(B)

⁷ It was given power to wage war^(A) against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.^(B)

¹¹ But after the three and a half days^(A) the breath^[a] of life from God entered them,^(B) and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.

² But exclude the outer court;^(A) do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles.^(B) They will trample on the holy city^(C) for 42 months.^{(D) 3} And I will appoint my two witnesses,^(E) and they will prophesy for 1,260 days,^(F) clothed in sackcloth.”^(G)

³ A man may have a hundred children and live many years; yet no matter how long he lives, if he cannot enjoy his prosperity and does not receive proper burial, I say that a stillborn^(A) child is better off than he.^(B)

¹⁷ And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds^(A) flying in midair,^(B) “Come,^(C) gather together for the great supper of God,^{(D) 18} so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people,^(E) free and slave,^(F) great and small.”^(G)
