求耶和華矜恤允其所祈
4 大衛的詩，交於伶長。用絲弦的樂器。
1 顯我為義的神啊，我呼籲的時候，求你應允我。我在困苦中，你曾使我寬廣；現在求你憐恤我，聽我的禱告。
2 你們這上流人哪，你們將我的尊榮變為羞辱，要到幾時呢？你們喜愛虛妄，尋找虛假，要到幾時呢？（細拉）
3 你們要知道，耶和華已經分別虔誠人歸他自己，我求告耶和華，他必聽我。
4 你們應當畏懼，不可犯罪；在床上的時候要心裡思想，並要肅靜。（細拉）
5 當獻上公義的祭，又當倚靠耶和華。
6 有許多人說：「誰能指示我們什麼好處？」耶和華啊，求你仰起臉來，光照我們！
7 你使我心裡快樂，勝過那豐收五穀、新酒的人。
8 我必安然躺下睡覺，因為獨有你耶和華使我安然居住。

求助的晚祷
大卫的诗，交给乐长，弦乐器伴奏。
4 称我为义人的上帝啊！
我呼求的时候，求你回答。
你曾救我脱离困境，
现在求你怜悯我，
垂听我的祷告。
2 世人啊！你们把我的荣耀变为羞辱要到何时呢？
你们追求虚谎之事要到何时呢？（细拉）
3 要知道，耶和华已经把敬虔人分别出来，使之圣洁，归祂自己。
祂必垂听我的祈求。
4 不要因生气而犯罪；
躺在床上的时候要默然思想。（细拉）
5 要献上当献的祭物，
信靠耶和华。
6 许多人说：“谁会善待我们呢？”
耶和华啊，
求你的圣容光照我们。
7 你使我比那收获五谷新酒的人更喜乐。
8 只有你耶和华使我安然居住，
我必高枕无忧。

4 Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness.
You have freed me from my troubles.
Have pity on me, and hear my prayer!
2 You important people,
how long are you going to insult my honor?
How long are you going to love what is empty
and seek what is a lie? Selah
3 Know that the Lord singles out godly people for himself.
The Lord hears me when I call to him.
4 Tremble and do not sin.
Think about this on your bed and remain quiet. Selah
5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness
by trusting the Lord.
6 Many are saying, “Who can show us anything good?”
Let the light of your presence shine on us, O Lord.
7 You put more joy in my heart
than when their grain and new wine increase.
8 I fall asleep in peace the moment I lie down
because you alone, O Lord, enable me to live securely.
