Psalm 121-123
English Standard Version
My Help Comes from the Lord
A Song of (A)Ascents.
121 I (B)lift up my eyes to (C)the hills.
From where does my help come?
2 (D)My help comes from the Lord,
who (E)made heaven and earth.
3 He will not (F)let your foot be moved;
he who (G)keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your (H)shade on your (I)right hand.
6 (J)The sun shall not (K)strike you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will (L)keep you from all evil;
he will (M)keep your life.
8 The Lord will keep
your (N)going out and your coming in
from this time forth and forevermore.
Let Us Go to the House of the Lord
A Song of (O)Ascents. Of David.
122 I was glad when they said to me,
(P)“Let us go to the house of the Lord!”
2 Our feet have been standing
within your gates, O Jerusalem!
3 Jerusalem—(Q)built as a city
that is (R)bound firmly together,
4 to which the tribes (S)go up,
the tribes of the Lord,
as was (T)decreed for[a] Israel,
to give thanks to the name of the Lord.
5 There (U)thrones for judgment were set,
the thrones of the house of David.
6 (V)Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!
“May they be secure who love you!
7 Peace be within your (W)walls
and security within your (X)towers!”
8 For my brothers and companions' sake
I will say, (Y)“Peace be within you!”
9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God,
I will (Z)seek your good.
Our Eyes Look to the Lord Our God
A Song of (AA)Ascents.
123 To you I (AB)lift up my eyes,
O you who are (AC)enthroned in the heavens!
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants
look to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a maidservant
to the hand of her mistress,
so our eyes look to the Lord our God,
till he has mercy upon us.
3 (AD)Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us,
for we have had more than enough of (AE)contempt.
4 Our soul has had more than enough
of (AF)the scorn of (AG)those who are at ease,
of the contempt of (AH)the proud.

My Soul Waits for the Lord
A Song of (A)Ascents.
130 Out of (B)the depths I cry to you, O Lord!
2 O Lord, hear my voice!
(C)Let your ears be attentive
to (D)the voice of my pleas for mercy!
3 If you, O Lord, should (E)mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could (F)stand?
4 But with you there is (G)forgiveness,
(H)that you may be feared.
Psalm 134-136

Come, Bless the Lord
A Song of (A)Ascents.
134 Come, bless the Lord, all you (B)servants of the Lord,
who (C)stand (D)by night in the house of the Lord!
2 (E)Lift up your hands to (F)the holy place
and bless the Lord!
Your Name, O Lord, Endures Forever
135 (J)Praise the Lord!
Praise the name of the Lord,
give praise, O (K)servants of the Lord,
2 who (L)stand in the house of the Lord,
in (M)the courts of the house of our God!
3 Praise the Lord, for (N)the Lord is good;
sing to his name, (O)for it is pleasant![a]
4 For the Lord has (P)chosen Jacob for himself,
Israel as his (Q)own possession.
5 For I know that (R)the Lord is great,
and that our Lord is above all gods.
6 (S)Whatever the Lord pleases, he does,
in heaven and on earth,
in the seas and all deeps.
7 (T)He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth,
who (U)makes lightnings for the rain
and brings forth the wind from his (V)storehouses.
8 He it was who (W)struck down the firstborn of Egypt,
both of man and of beast;
9 who in your midst, O Egypt,
sent (X)signs and wonders
against Pharaoh and all his servants;
10 (Y)who struck down many nations
and killed mighty kings,
11 (Z)Sihon, king of the Amorites,
and (AA)Og, king of Bashan,
and (AB)all the kingdoms of Canaan,
12 and (AC)gave their land as a heritage,
a heritage to his people Israel.
13 (AD)Your name, O Lord, endures forever,
(AE)your renown,[b] O Lord, throughout all ages.
14 (AF)For the Lord will vindicate his people
and (AG)have compassion on his servants.
15 (AH)The idols of the nations are silver and gold,
the work of human hands.
16 They have mouths, but do not speak;
they have eyes, but do not see;
17 they have ears, but do not hear,
nor is there any breath in their mouths.
18 Those who make them become like them,
so do all who trust in them.
19 (AI)O house of Israel, bless the Lord!
O house of Aaron, bless the Lord!
20 O house of Levi, bless the Lord!
You who fear the Lord, bless the Lord!
21 Blessed be the Lord (AJ)from Zion,
he who (AK)dwells in Jerusalem!
(AL)Praise the Lord!

13 to him who (AZ)divided the Red Sea in two,
for his steadfast love endures forever;

15 but (BB)overthrew[c] Pharaoh and his host in the Red Sea,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
16 to him who (BC)led his people through the wilderness,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
17 to him (BD)who struck down great kings,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
18 and killed mighty kings,

20 and Og, king of Bashan,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
21 and gave their land as a heritage,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
22 a heritage to Israel his (BE)servant,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
23 It is he who (BF)remembered us in our low estate,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
24 and (BG)rescued us from our foes,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
25 he who (BH)gives food to all flesh,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
26 Give thanks to (BI)the God of heaven,
