Psalm 69:9

⁹for zeal for your house consumes me,^(A)
and the insults of those who insult you fall on me.^(B)

⁹For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

¹³⁹My zeal wears me out,^(A)
for my enemies ignore your words.

¹³⁹My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

¹⁸It is fine to be zealous, provided the purpose is good, and to be so always, not just when I am with you.^(A)

¹⁸But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing, and not only when I am present with you.
