Un psalm al lui David

1 La Tine(A), Doamne, îmi înalţ sufletul.
2 În Tine, Dumnezeule, mă încred(B): să nu fiu dat de ruşine,
ca să(C) nu se bucure vrăjmaşii mei de mine!
3 Da, toţi cei ce nădăjduiesc în Tine nu vor fi daţi de ruşine,
ci de ruşine vor fi daţi cei ce Te părăsesc fără temei.

Psalm 25[a]

Of David.

1 In you, Lord my God,
    I put my trust.(A)

2 I trust in you;(B)
    do not let me be put to shame,
    nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3 No one who hopes in you
    will ever be put to shame,(C)
but shame will come on those
    who are treacherous(D) without cause.
