3 O Herr Gott, du hast mie fonn daut Grauf enopp jebrocht, du hast mie aum läwe jehoole fonn enn dän Kul enenn gone.
4 Sinjt Preis to däm Herr Gott, O jie siene Heilje; un jäft Dank to daut Aunjedenkj fonn siene Heilijchkjeit.
5 Dan sien Oaja es bloos fa eene Moment; enn sien Gonnst es Läwe. Hiele mucht fa eene Owent duare, oba Freid kjemt enn dän Morje.
6 Un enn mien Woolhabent woa ekj sejchalijch saje: "Ekj woa niemols festat woare fa emma.
7 O Herr Gott, enn dien Gonnst hast du mien stoakja Boajch bestädijcht; du deetst dien Jesejcht festäakje, ekj wea jetrubbelt;
8 Oba ekj woa dien aunroope, O Herr Gott, un ekj woa to daem Herr Gott baede.
9 Waut fonn Jewennst es doa enn mien Bloot, enn rauf to gone no dee Kul? Saul daut Stoff oppe Ead die danke? Saul daut diene Woarheit fekjindje?
10 Horjch, O Herr Gott, un ha en Jefaule aun mie; O Herr Gott, sie mien Halpa.
11 Du hast mien Truare fewaundelt enn Daunse fa mie; du hast mien Saktseijch auf jeräte, un hast mie met Freid jekjleet.
12 Soo saul mien Harlijchkjeit die preise, un nijch stel senne. O Herr Gott, mien Gott, ekj woa die Dank jäwe fa emma.

Psalm 30[a]
A psalm. A song. For the dedication of the temple.[b] Of David.
1 I will exalt(A) you, Lord,
for you lifted me out of the depths(B)
and did not let my enemies gloat over me.(C)
2 Lord my God, I called to you for help,(D)
and you healed me.(E)
3 You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;(F)
you spared me from going down to the pit.(G)
4 Sing(H) the praises of the Lord, you his faithful people;(I)
praise his holy name.(J)
5 For his anger(K) lasts only a moment,(L)
but his favor lasts a lifetime;(M)
weeping(N) may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning.(O)
6 When I felt secure, I said,
“I will never be shaken.”(P)
7 Lord, when you favored me,
you made my royal mountain[c] stand firm;
but when you hid your face,(Q)
I was dismayed.
