4 （ 大 卫 的 诗 ， 交 与 伶 长 。 用 丝 弦 的 乐 器 。 ） 显 我 为 义 的 神 啊 ， 我 呼 吁 的 时 候 ， 求 你 应 允 我 ！ 我 在 困 苦 中 ， 你 曾 使 我 宽 广 ； 现 在 求 你 怜 恤 我 ， 听 我 的 祷 告 ！
2 你 们 这 上 流 人 哪 ， 你 们 将 我 的 尊 荣 变 为 羞 辱 要 到 几 时 呢 ？ 你 们 喜 爱 虚 妄 ， 寻 找 虚 假 ， 要 到 几 时 呢 ？ （ 细 拉 ）
3 你 们 要 知 道 ， 耶 和 华 已 经 分 别 虔 诚 人 归 他 自 己 ； 我 求 告 耶 和 华 ， 他 必 听 我 。

求助的晚祷
大卫的诗，交给乐长，弦乐器伴奏。
4 称我为义人的上帝啊！
我呼求的时候，求你回答。
你曾救我脱离困境，
现在求你怜悯我，
垂听我的祷告。
2 世人啊！你们把我的荣耀变为羞辱要到何时呢？
你们追求虚谎之事要到何时呢？（细拉）
3 要知道，耶和华已经把敬虔人分别出来，使之圣洁，归祂自己。
祂必垂听我的祈求。
4 不要因生气而犯罪；
躺在床上的时候要默然思想。（细拉）
5 要献上当献的祭物，
信靠耶和华。
6 许多人说：“谁会善待我们呢？”
耶和华啊，
求你的圣容光照我们。
7 你使我比那收获五谷新酒的人更喜乐。
8 只有你耶和华使我安然居住，
我必高枕无忧。

4 我公义的 神啊（“我公义的 神啊”或译：“使我为义的 神啊”）！
我呼求的时候，求你答应我。
我在困苦中，你曾使我舒畅。
求你恩待我，听我的祷告。
2 尊贵的人啊！你们把我的荣耀变为羞辱，要到几时呢？
你们喜爱虚妄，追求虚谎，要到几时呢？（细拉）
3 你们要知道耶和华已经把虔诚人分别出来，归他自己；
我向耶和华呼求的时候，他就垂听。
4 你们生气，却不可犯罪；
在床上的时候，你们要在心里思想，并且要安静。（细拉）
5 你们应当献公义的祭，
也要投靠耶和华。
6 有许多人说：“谁能指示我们得甚么好处呢？”
耶和华啊！求你仰起你的脸，光照我们。
7 你使我心里喜乐，
胜过人在丰收五谷新酒时的喜乐。
8 我必平平安安躺下睡觉，
因为只有你耶和华能使我安然居住。

4 Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness.
Give me relief from my distress.
Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.
2 You sons of men, how long shall my glory be turned into dishonor?
Will you love vanity and seek after falsehood? Selah.
3 But know that Yahweh has set apart for himself him who is godly;
Yahweh will hear when I call to him.
4 Stand in awe, and don’t sin.
Search your own heart on your bed, and be still. Selah.
5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness.
Put your trust in Yahweh.
6 Many say, “Who will show us any good?”
Yahweh, let the light of your face shine on us.
7 You have put gladness in my heart,
more than when their grain and their new wine are increased.
8 In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep,
for you alone, Yahweh, make me live in safety.
