Psalm 97
English Standard Version
The Lord Reigns
97 (A)The Lord reigns, (B)let the earth rejoice;
let the many (C)coastlands be glad!
2 (D)Clouds and thick darkness are all around him;
(E)righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 (F)Fire goes before him
and burns up his adversaries all around.
4 His (G)lightnings light up the world;
the earth sees and (H)trembles.
5 The mountains (I)melt like (J)wax before the Lord,
before (K)the Lord of all the earth.
6 (L)The heavens proclaim his righteousness,
and all (M)the peoples see his glory.
7 All worshipers of images are (N)put to shame,
who make their boast in (O)worthless idols;
(P)worship him, all you gods!
8 Zion hears and (Q)is glad,
and the daughters of Judah rejoice,
because of your judgments, O Lord.
9 For you, O Lord, are (R)most high over all the earth;
you are exalted far above (S)all gods.
10 O you who love the Lord, (T)hate evil!
He (U)preserves the lives of his (V)saints;
he (W)delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
11 (X)Light (Y)is sown[a] for the righteous,
and joy for the upright in heart.
12 (Z)Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous,
and (AA)give thanks to his holy name!

The Lord Our God Is Holy
99 (A)The Lord reigns; (B)let the peoples tremble!
He (C)sits enthroned upon the cherubim; (D)let the earth quake!
2 The Lord is (E)great in Zion;
he is (F)exalted over all the peoples.
3 Let them praise your (G)great and awesome name!
(H)Holy is he!
4 (I)The King in his might (J)loves justice.[a]
You have established equity;
you have executed justice
and righteousness in Jacob.
5 (K)Exalt the Lord our God;
(L)worship at his (M)footstool!
(N)Holy is he!
6 (O)Moses and Aaron were among his (P)priests,
Samuel also was among those who (Q)called upon his name.
They (R)called to the Lord, and he answered them.
7 In (S)the pillar of the cloud he spoke to them;
they (T)kept his testimonies
and the statute that he gave them.
8 O Lord our God, you answered them;
you were (U)a forgiving God to them,
but (V)an avenger of their wrongdoings.
9 Exalt the Lord our God,
and worship at his (W)holy mountain;
for the Lord our God is holy!

Micah 7:7-15
English Standard Version
7 But as for me, I will look to the Lord;
(A)I will wait for the God of my salvation;
my God will hear me.
8 (B)Rejoice not over me, O (C)my enemy;
(D)when I fall, I shall rise;
(E)when I sit in darkness,
the Lord will be a light to me.
9 (F)I will bear the indignation of the Lord
because I have sinned against him,
until (G)he pleads my cause
and executes judgment for me.
(H)He will bring me out to the light;
I shall look upon his vindication.
10 Then (I)my enemy will see,
and shame will cover her who (J)said to me,
“Where is the Lord your God?”
(K)My eyes will look upon her;
now she will be trampled down
(L)like the mire of the streets.
11 (M)A day for the building of your walls!
In that day the boundary shall be far extended.
12 In that day they[a] will come to you,
(N)from Assyria and the cities of Egypt,
and from Egypt to (O)the River,[b]
(P)from sea to sea and from mountain to mountain.
13 But (Q)the earth will be desolate
because of its inhabitants,
for the fruit of their deeds.
14 (R)Shepherd your people (S)with your staff,
the flock of your inheritance,
who dwell alone in a forest
(T)in the midst of (U)a garden land;[c]
let them graze in Bashan and Gilead
as in the days of old.
15 (V)As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt,
I will show them[d] marvelous things.

1 Corinthians 15:30-41
English Standard Version
30 Why are we (A)in danger every hour? 31 I protest, brothers, by (B)my pride in you, which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, (C)I die every day! 32 What do I gain if, humanly speaking, (D)I fought with beasts at Ephesus? If the dead are not raised, (E)“Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.” 33 (F)Do not be deceived: (G)“Bad company ruins good morals.”[a] 34 (H)Wake up from your drunken stupor, as is right, and do not go on sinning. For (I)some have no knowledge of God. (J)I say this to your shame.
The Resurrection Body
35 But someone will ask, (K)“How are the dead raised? With what kind of body do they come?” 36 You foolish person! (L)What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. 37 And what you sow is not the body that is to be, but a bare kernel, perhaps of wheat or of some other grain. 38 But God gives it a body as he has chosen, and to each kind of seed its own body. 39 For not all flesh is the same, but there is one kind for humans, another for animals, another for birds, and another for fish. 40 There are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, but the glory of the heavenly is of one kind, and the glory of the earthly is of another. 41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory.

I Am the True Vine
15 “I am the (A)true vine, and my Father is (B)the vinedresser. 2 (C)Every branch in me that does not bear fruit (D)he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, (E)that it may bear more fruit. 3 Already (F)you are clean (G)because of the word that I have spoken to you. 4 (H)Abide (I)in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine; (J)you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that (K)bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in me (L)he is thrown away like a branch and withers; (M)and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. 7 If (N)you abide in me, and my words abide in you, (O)ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 (P)By this my Father is glorified, that you (Q)bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. 9 (R)As the Father has loved me, (S)so have I loved you. Abide in my love. 10 (T)If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as (U)I have kept (V)my Father's commandments and abide in his love. 11 These things I have spoken to you, (W)that my joy may be in you, and that (X)your joy may be full.
