Psalm 95
English Standard Version
Let Us Sing Songs of Praise
95 Oh come, let us sing to the Lord;
    let us (A)make a joyful noise to (B)the rock of our salvation!
2 Let us (C)come into his presence with thanksgiving;
    let us (D)make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!
3 For the Lord is (E)a great God,
    and a great King (F)above all gods.
4 In his hand are the depths of the earth;
    the heights of the mountains are his also.
5 The sea is his, for (G)he made it,
    and his hands formed (H)the dry land.
6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down;
    let us (I)kneel before the Lord, our (J)Maker!
7 For he is our (K)God,
    and we are the people of his (L)pasture,
    and the sheep of his hand.
(M)Today, if you (N)hear his voice,
8     (O)do not harden your hearts, as at (P)Meribah,
    as on the day at (Q)Massah in the wilderness,
9 when your fathers put me to the (R)test
    and put me to the proof, though they had seen my (S)work.
10 (T)For forty years I loathed that generation
    and said, “They are a people who go astray in their heart,
    and they have not known (U)my ways.”
11 Therefore I (V)swore in my wrath,
    “They shall not enter (W)my rest.”
Salmos 95
Traducción en lenguaje actual
Cantemos a Dios con alegría
SALMO 95 (94)
95 ¡Vamos, cantemos con alegría!
¡Alabemos a nuestro Dios!
¡Él nos salva y nos protege!
2 ¡Vayamos a darle gracias!
¡Cantémosle himnos de alabanza!
3 Nuestro Dios es poderoso,
¡es el rey de todos los dioses!
4 Nuestro Dios tiene en sus manos
lo más profundo de la tierra;
suyas son las montañas más altas.
5 Suyos son el mar y la tierra,
pues él mismo los creó.
6 ¡Vamos, adoremos de rodillas
a nuestro Dios y creador!
7 Pertenecemos a Dios;
nosotros somos su pueblo.
Él es nuestro pastor,
y nosotros somos su rebaño;
¡estamos bajo su cuidado!
Si hoy escuchamos su voz,
8 no seamos tercos,
como cuando nos rebelamos
en el desierto, cerca de Masá.
9 Dios dice:
«En aquella ocasión,
sus antepasados me pusieron a prueba,
a pesar de que vieron lo que hice.
10 Durante cuarenta años
estuve muy enojado contra ellos,
y al fin les hice ver
que vivían en el error,
pues no obedecían mis mandamientos.
11 Por eso, ya enojado decidí:
“No voy a permitirles
entrar en la tierra prometida,
donde los habría hecho descansar”».
Psalm 95
King James Version
95 O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
3 For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
5 The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.
7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
10 Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.
