Yes, the world is firmly established—unshakable.

You are from everlasting.
³ The floods have lifted up, Adonai,
the floods have lifted up their voice,
the floods lift up their crashing waves.
⁴ More than the sounds of many waters—
more majestic than the breakers of the sea—
so majestic is Adonai on high!
