¹⁰ Those who know your name trust in you
because you have not abandoned
those who seek you, Lord.^(A)

⁴⁰ The Lord helps and delivers them;
he will deliver them from the wicked and will save them
because they take refuge in him.^(A)

⁴¹ But he lifts the needy out of their suffering^(A)
and makes their families multiply like flocks.^(B)
