Psalm 89:40-42

⁴⁰ You have broken down all his walls. You have laid his fortresses in ruin.

⁴¹ All who go by the way, plunder him. He is a rebuke to his neighbors.

⁴² You have set up the right hand of his enemies and made all his adversaries rejoice.
