Ang Pulong Sa Dios
Pag-ampo alang sa Tabang sa Dios sa Nasod
80 Pamatia kami, O Magbalantay sa Israel,
nga nagagiya sa mga kaliwat ni Jose nga daw panon sa mga karnero.
Ikaw nga nagalingkod sa imong trono sa taliwala sa mga kerubin, ipakita ang imong pagkahalangdon
2 sa tribo ni Efraim, ni Benjamin, ug ni Manase.
Ipakita kanamo ang imong gahom.
Dali! Luwasa kami!
3 O Dios, ibalik kanamo ang among maayong kahimtang kaniadto.
Ipakita kanamo ang imong kaayo aron kami maluwas.
4 Ginoong Dios nga Makagagahom,
hangtod kanus-a ang imong kasuko sa pag-ampo namo nga imong mga katawhan?
5 Daw sa gipakaon mo kamig kagul-anan
ug gipainom ug daghang mga luha.
6 Gitugot mo nga awayon kami sa among kasikbit nga mga nasod,
ug sila nga among mga kaaway nagabugal-bugal kanamo.
7 O Dios nga Makagagahom, ibalik kanamo ang among maayong kahimtang kaniadto.
Ipakita kanamo ang imong kaayo aron kami maluwas.
8 Sama kami sa tanom nga ubas nga gikuha mo gikan sa Ehipto ug gitanom sa yuta sa mga katawhan nga imong giabog.
9 Gihawanan mo ang maong yuta, ug nanggamot pag-ayo ang ubas ug nalukop niini ang tibuok yuta.
10 Gilandongan sa iyang mga sanga ang kabukiran ug ang dagkong mga kahoyng sedro.
11 Nakaabot ang iyang mga sanga sa Dagat sa Mediteraneo ug ang iyang mga salingsing hangtod sa Suba sa Eufrates.
12 Apan nganong giguba mo man, O Dios, ang mga paril niining ubasan?
Gipamupo na hinuon sa tanang nangagi ang mga bunga niini.
13 Ug gikaon kini sa mga baboy nga ihalas ug sa uban pang ihalas nga mga mananap.
14 O Dios nga Makagagahom, tagda kami pagbalik!
Gikan sa langit, tan-awa pag-ayo ang among kahimtang.
Atimana kami nga imong katawhan,
15 pareho sa tanom nga ubas nga gitanom mo pinaagi sa imong gahom.
Hinumdomi kami nga imong mga anak nga gipalig-on mo alang sa imong kadungganan.
16 O Dios, sama kami sa giputol ug gisunog nga ubas.
Nasuko ka kanamo ug gilaglag mo kami.
17 Apan karon, tabangi kaming imong mga pinili ug gipalig-on alang sa imong kadungganan.
18 Dili na kami mobiya kanimo.
Ibalik kanamo ang among maayong kahimtang,
ug simbahon ka namo.
19 O Ginoong Dios nga Makagagahom, ibalik kanamo ang among maayong kahimtang kaniadto!
Ipakita kanamo ang imong kaayo aron maluwas kami.

Prayer for Israel’s Restoration
To the Chief Musician. (A)Set to [a]“The Lilies.” A [b]Testimony of Asaph. A Psalm.
80 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel,
(B)You who lead Joseph (C)like a flock;
You who dwell between the cherubim, (D)shine forth!
2 Before (E)Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh,
Stir up Your strength,
And come and save us!
4 O Lord God of hosts,
(H)How long will You be angry
Against the prayer of Your people?
5 (I)You have fed them with the bread of tears,
And given them tears to drink in great measure.
6 You have made us a strife to our neighbors,
And our enemies laugh among themselves.
7 Restore us, O God of hosts;
Cause Your face to shine,
And we shall be saved!
8 You have brought (J)a vine out of Egypt;
(K)You have cast out the [c]nations, and planted it.
9 You prepared room for it,
And caused it to take deep root,
And it filled the land.
10 The hills were covered with its shadow,
And the [d]mighty cedars with its (L)boughs.
11 She sent out her boughs to [e]the Sea,
And her branches to [f]the River.
12 Why have You (M)broken down her [g]hedges,
So that all who pass by the way pluck her fruit?
13 The boar out of the woods uproots it,
And the wild beast of the field devours it.
14 Return, we beseech You, O God of hosts;
(N)Look down from heaven and see,
And visit this vine
15 And the vineyard which Your right hand has planted,
And the branch that You made strong (O)for Yourself.
16 It is burned with fire, it is cut down;
(P)They perish at the rebuke of Your countenance.
17 (Q)Let Your hand be upon the man of Your right hand,
Upon the son of man whom You made strong for Yourself.
18 Then we will not turn back from You;
Revive us, and we will call upon Your name.
19 Restore us, O Lord God of hosts;
Cause Your face to shine,
And we shall be saved!

80 Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel,
you who lead (C)Joseph like (D)a flock.
You who are (E)enthroned upon the cherubim, (F)shine forth.
2 Before (G)Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh,
(H)stir up your might
and (I)come to save us!
4 O (L)Lord God of hosts,
(M)how long will you be angry with your people's prayers?
5 You have fed them with (N)the bread of tears
and given them tears to drink in full measure.
6 (O)You make us an object of contention for our (P)neighbors,
and our enemies laugh among themselves.
7 (Q)Restore us, O God of hosts;
let your face shine, that we may be saved!
8 You brought (R)a vine out of Egypt;
you (S)drove out the nations and planted it.
9 You (T)cleared the ground for it;
it took deep root and filled the land.
10 The mountains were covered with its shade,
the mighty cedars with its branches.
11 It sent out its branches to (U)the sea
and its shoots to (V)the River.[b]
12 Why then have you (W)broken down its walls,
so that all who pass along the way pluck its fruit?
13 (X)The boar from the forest ravages it,
and all that move in the field feed on it.
14 Turn again, O God of hosts!
(Y)Look down from heaven, and see;
have regard for this vine,
15 the stock that your right hand planted,
and for the son whom you made strong for yourself.
16 They have (Z)burned it with fire; they have (AA)cut it down;
may they perish at (AB)the rebuke of your face!
17 But (AC)let your hand be on the man of your right hand,
the son of man whom you have made strong for yourself!
18 Then we shall not turn back from you;
(AD)give us life, and we will call upon your name!
19 (AE)Restore us, O Lord God of hosts!
Let your face shine, that we may be saved!
