述選民違逆及神恩導
78 亞薩的訓誨詩。
1 我的民哪，你們要留心聽我的訓誨，側耳聽我口中的話。
2 我要開口說比喻，我要說出古時的謎語，
3 是我們所聽見所知道的，也是我們的祖宗告訴我們的。
4 我們不將這些事向他們的子孫隱瞞，要將耶和華的美德和他的能力，並他奇妙的作為，述說給後代聽。
5 因為他在雅各中立法度，在以色列中設律法，是他吩咐我們祖宗要傳給子孫的，
6 使將要生的後代子孫可以曉得。他們也要起來告訴他們的子孫，
7 好叫他們仰望神，不忘記神的作為，唯要守他的命令，
8 不要像他們的祖宗，是頑梗悖逆居心不正之輩，向著神心不誠實。
Psalm 78:1-8
English Standard Version
Tell the Coming Generation
A Maskil[a] of (A)Asaph.
78 (B)Give ear, O my people, to my teaching;
incline your ears to the words of my mouth!
2 (C)I will open my mouth (D)in a parable;
I will utter dark sayings from of old,
3 things that we have heard and known,
that our (E)fathers have told us.
4 We will not (F)hide them from their children,
but (G)tell to the coming generation
the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might,
and (H)the wonders that he has done.
5 He established (I)a testimony in (J)Jacob
and appointed a law in (K)Israel,
which he commanded our fathers
to teach to their children,
6 that (L)the next generation might know them,
the children yet unborn,
and arise and tell them to their children,
7 so that they should set their hope in God
and not forget (M)the works of God,
but (N)keep his commandments;
8 and that they should not be (O)like their fathers,
(P)a stubborn and rebellious generation,
a generation (Q)whose heart was not steadfast,
whose spirit was not faithful to God.

25 當日，約書亞就與百姓立約，在示劍為他們立定律例、典章。 26 約書亞將這些話都寫在神的律法書上，又將一塊大石頭立在橡樹下耶和華的聖所旁邊。 27 約書亞對百姓說：「看哪，這石頭可以向我們做見證，因為是聽見了耶和華所吩咐我們的一切話。倘或你們背棄你們的神，這石頭就可以向你們做見證。[a]」 28 於是約書亞打發百姓各歸自己的地業去了。

29 這些事以後，耶和華的僕人嫩的兒子約書亞，正一百一十歲，就死了。 30 以色列人將他葬在他地業的境內，就是在以法蓮山地的亭拿西拉，在迦實山的北邊。 31 約書亞在世和約書亞死後，那些知道耶和華為以色列人所行諸事的長老還在的時候，以色列人侍奉耶和華。
32 以色列人從埃及所帶來約瑟的骸骨，葬埋在示劍，就是在雅各從前用一百塊銀子向示劍的父親哈抹的子孫所買的那塊地裡，這就做了約瑟子孫的產業。 33 亞倫的兒子以利亞撒也死了，就把他葬在他兒子非尼哈以法蓮山地所得的小山上。

Joshua 24:25-33

25 So Joshua (A)made a covenant with the people that day, and put in place (B)statutes and rules for them at Shechem. 26 And Joshua (C)wrote these words in the Book of the Law of God. And (D)he took a large stone and set it up there (E)under the terebinth that was by the sanctuary of the Lord. 27 And Joshua said to all the people, “Behold, (F)this stone shall be a witness against us, for (G)it has heard all the words of the Lord that he spoke to us. Therefore it shall be a witness against you, lest you deal falsely with your God.” 28 So Joshua (H)sent the people away, every man to his inheritance.
Joshua's Death and Burial
29 (I)After these things Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being 110 years old. 30 And they buried him in his own inheritance at (J)Timnath-serah, which is in the hill country of Ephraim, north of the mountain of Gaash.
31 (K)Israel served the Lord all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua (L)and had known all the work that the Lord did for Israel.
32 (M)As for the bones of Joseph, which the people of Israel brought up from Egypt, they buried them at Shechem, in the piece of land (N)that Jacob bought from the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for a hundred pieces of money.[a] It became an inheritance of the descendants of Joseph.
33 And Eleazar the son of Aaron died, and they buried him at Gibeah, the town of (O)Phinehas his son, which had been given him in (P)the hill country of Ephraim.

20 弟兄們，在心志上不要做小孩子，然而在惡事上要做嬰孩，在心志上總要做大人。 21 律法上記著：「主說：『我要用外邦人的舌頭和外邦人的嘴唇向這百姓說話，雖然如此，他們還是不聽從我。』」 22 這樣看來，說方言不是為信的人做證據，乃是為不信的人；做先知講道不是為不信的人做證據，乃是為信的人。 23 所以，全教會聚在一處的時候，若都說方言，偶然有不通方言的或是不信的人進來，豈不說你們癲狂了嗎？ 24 若都做先知講道，偶然有不信的或是不通方言的人進來，就被眾人勸醒，被眾人審明， 25 他心裡的隱情顯露出來，就必將臉伏地敬拜神，說：「神真是在你們中間了！」

(B)Be infants in evil, but in your thinking be (C)mature. 21 (D)In the Law it is written, (E)“By people of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord.” 22 Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign[a] not for unbelievers but for believers. 23 If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, (F)will they not say that you are out of your minds? 24 But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all, 25 (G)the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, (H)falling on his face, he will worship God and (I)declare that God is really among you.
