The Majesty of God in Judgment
To the Chief Musician. On [a]stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song.
76 In (A)Judah God is known;
His name is great in Israel.
2 In [b]Salem also is His tabernacle,
And His dwelling place in Zion.
3 There He broke the arrows of the bow,
The shield and sword of battle. Selah
4 You are more glorious and excellent
(B)Than the mountains of prey.
5 (C)The stouthearted were plundered;
(D)They [c]have sunk into their sleep;
And none of the mighty men have found the use of their hands.
6 (E)At Your rebuke, O God of Jacob,
Both the chariot and horse were cast into a dead sleep.
7 You, Yourself, are to be feared;
And (F)who may stand in Your presence
When once You are angry?
8 (G)You caused judgment to be heard from heaven;
(H)The earth feared and was still,
9 When God (I)arose to judgment,
To deliver all the oppressed of the earth. Selah
10 (J)Surely the wrath of man shall praise You;
With the remainder of wrath You shall gird Yourself.
11 (K)Make vows to the Lord your God, and pay them;
(L)Let all who are around Him bring presents to Him who ought to be feared.
12 He shall cut off the spirit of princes;
(M)He is awesome to the kings of the earth.

Sa Dios ang Tagumpay
76 Kilalang-kilala ang Dios sa Juda,
at sa Israel ay dakila siya.
2 Nakatira siya sa bundok ng Zion sa Jerusalem[a]
3 Doon, sinira niya ang mga nagniningas na palaso ng kaaway,
ang kanilang mga pananggalang, espada at iba pang kagamitang pandigma.
4 O Dios, makapangyarihan kayo at higit na dakila habang bumababa kayo sa bundok na kung saan pinatay nʼyo ang inyong mga kaaway.[b]
5 Binawi nʼyo sa matatapang na sundalo ang kanilang mga sinamsam.
Silang lahat ay namatay na;
wala nang makakapagbuhat pa ng kamay sa amin.
6 O Dios ni Jacob, sa inyong sigaw,[c] ang mga kawal[d] at ang kanilang mga kabayo ay namatay.
7 Kaya dapat kayong katakutan.
Sinong makakatagal sa inyong harapan kapag kayoʼy nagalit?
8 Mula sa langit ay humatol kayo.
Ang mga tao sa mundo ay natakot at tumahimik
9 nang humatol kayo, O Dios,
upang iligtas ang lahat ng inaapi sa daigdig.
10 Tiyak na ang galit nʼyo sa mga tao[e] ay magbibigay ng karangalan sa inyo,
ngunit hindi nʼyo pa lubusang ibinubuhos ang inyong galit.
11 Mangako kayo sa Panginoon na inyong Dios at tuparin ito.
Lahat kayong mga bansang nasa paligid, magdala kayo ng mga regalo sa Dios na siyang karapat-dapat katakutan.
12 Ibinababa niya ang mapagmataas na mga pinuno;
kinatatakutan siya ng mga hari rito sa mundo.

2 在 撒 冷 有 他 的 帐 幕 ； 在 锡 安 有 他 的 居 所 。
3 他 在 那 里 折 断 弓 上 的 火 箭 ， 并 盾 牌 、 刀 剑 ， 和 争 战 的 兵 器 。 （ 细 拉 ）
