70 （ 大 衛 的 記 念 詩 ， 交 與 伶 長 。 ） 神 啊 ， 求 你 快 快 搭 救 我 ！ 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 速 速 幫 助 我 ！
2 願 那 些 尋 索 我 命 的 ， 抱 愧 蒙 羞 ； 願 那 些 喜 悅 我 遭 害 的 ， 退 後 受 辱 。
3 願 那 些 對 我 說 阿 哈 、 阿 哈 的 ， 因 羞 愧 退 後 。
4 願 一 切 尋 求 你 的 ， 因 你 高 興 歡 喜 ； 願 那 些 喜 愛 你 救 恩 的 ， 常 說 ： 當 尊 神 為 大 ！
5 但 我 是 困 苦 窮 乏 的 ； 神 啊 ， 求 你 速 速 到 我 這 裡 來 ！ 你 是 幫 助 我 的 ， 搭 救 我 的 。 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 不 要 耽 延 ！

70 Make haste, o God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord.
2 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
3 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
5 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.

70 Lạy Chúa, xin mau đến cứu tôi.
Lạy Chúa xin đến giúp tôi ngay.
2 Xin hãy khiến những kẻ định giết tôi
phải hổ nhục và nhuốc nhơ.
Nguyện những kẻ muốn hại tôi
phải bỏ chạy vì xấu hổ.
3 Nguyện những kẻ chế giễu tôi
ngưng lại vì nhục nhã.
4 Nhưng nguyện cho những kẻ thờ phụng Ngài vui mừng hớn hở.
Nguyện những người yêu mến sự cứu rỗi Ngài luôn luôn nói,
“Đáng ca ngợi sự cao cả của Thượng Đế.”
5 Tôi nghèo khổ và cùng khốn;
lạy Chúa xin hãy mau đến với tôi.
Chúa giúp đỡ và cứu rỗi tôi.

1 Hasten, O God, to save me;
come quickly, Lord, to help me.(B)
2 May those who want to take my life(C)
be put to shame and confusion;
may all who desire my ruin
be turned back in disgrace.(D)
3 May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!”(E)
turn back because of their shame.
4 But may all who seek you(F)
rejoice and be glad(G) in you;
may those who long for your saving help always say,
“The Lord is great!”(H)
