⁹ I will sing ^(A)a new song to you, O God;
    upon ^(B)a ten-stringed harp I will play to you,

¹² I must perform my ^(B)vows to you, O God;
    I will ^(C)render thank offerings to you.

¹² For he delivers ^(B)the needy when he calls,
    the poor and him who has no helper.
¹³ He has pity on the weak and the needy,
    and saves the lives of the needy.
¹⁴ From oppression and violence he redeems their life,
    and ^(C)precious is their blood in his sight.

¹⁵ Long may he live;
    may ^(D)gold of Sheba be given to him!
May prayer be made ^(E)for him continually,
    and blessings invoked for him all the day!

³ Yet you are ^(A)holy,
    ^(B)enthroned on ^(C)the praises^[a] of Israel.

^4 (A)One generation shall commend your works to another,
    and shall declare your mighty acts.
