Panalangin para Tulungan ng Dios
6 O Panginoon, huwag nʼyo akong parusahan kahit na kayo ay nagagalit sa akin.
2 Maawa po kayo sa akin at akoʼy pagalingin,
dahil akoʼy nanghihina na.
3 O Panginoon, akoʼy labis na nababagabag.
Kailan nʼyo po ako pagagalingin?
4 Dinggin nʼyo ako Panginoon at akoʼy palayain.
Iligtas nʼyo ako sa kamatayan alang-alang sa pag-ibig nʼyo sa akin.
5 Dahil kung akoʼy patay na ay hindi na kita maaalala,
sa lugar ng mga patay ay hindi na rin ako makakapagpuri pa.
6 Akoʼy pagod na sa sobrang pagdaing.
Gabi-gabiʼy basa ng luha ang aking unan, dahil sa labis na pag-iyak.
7 Ang aking mga mataʼy namumugto na sa kaiiyak,
dahil sa ginagawa ng lahat kong mga kaaway.
8 Lumayo kayo sa akin, kayong gumagawa ng kasamaan,
dahil narinig ng Panginoon ang aking pag-iyak.
9 Narinig niya ang paghingi ko ng tulong,
at sasagutin niya ang aking dalangin.
10 Mapapahiya at matatakot ang lahat ng aking kaaway,
kaya bigla silang tatakas dahil sa sobrang kahihiyan.

6 O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
2 Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
3 My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long?
4 Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
6 I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.
7 Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
8 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
9 The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer.
10 Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.

1 Lord, do not rebuke me in your anger(A)
or discipline me in your wrath.
2 Have mercy on me,(B) Lord, for I am faint;(C)
heal me,(D) Lord, for my bones are in agony.(E)
3 My soul is in deep anguish.(F)
How long,(G) Lord, how long?
4 Turn,(H) Lord, and deliver me;
save me because of your unfailing love.(I)
5 Among the dead no one proclaims your name.
