¹⁵ and ^(A)call upon me in the day of trouble;
    I will ^(B)deliver you, and you shall ^(C)glorify me.”

^28 (A)Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
    and he delivered them from their distress.

¹⁵ When he ^(A)calls to me, I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble;
    I will rescue him and ^(B)honor him.

³ Oh, ^(A)magnify the Lord with me,
    and let us exalt his name together!

^19 (A)Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
    and he delivered them from their distress.

⁷ In distress you ^(A)called, and I delivered you;
    I ^(B)answered you in the secret place of thunder;
    I ^(C)tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah

⁹ And ^(A)I will put this third into the fire,
    and refine them as one refines silver,
    and test them as gold is tested.
^(B)They will call upon my name,
    and ^(C)I will answer them.
^(D)I will say, ‘They are my people’;
    and they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’”
