Psalm 46:7-10

New International Version

⁷ The Lord Almighty^(A) is with us;^(B)
    the God of Jacob^(C) is our fortress.^(D)

⁸ Come and see what the Lord has done,^(E)
    the desolations^(F) he has brought on the earth.
⁹ He makes wars^(G) cease
    to the ends of the earth.
He breaks the bow^(H) and shatters the spear;
    he burns the shields^[a] with fire.^(I)
10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;^(J)
    I will be exalted^(K) among the nations,
    I will be exalted in the earth.”
